Before Your Cleaning Appointment:
To ensure we can provide the most efficient and thorough cleaning service, we kindly ask that the home be tidied in advance. This includes picking up personal items such as clothing, toys, and paperwork, and clearing countertops of excess clutter. While we’re happy to lightly straighten as we go, we want to focus our time on deep cleaning rather than organizing. If there are any specific areas or items you’d like us to avoid or prioritize, please let us know in advance. Your preparation helps us deliver the best possible results during your scheduled cleaning.
What to Expect on Cleaning Day
On the day of your scheduled cleaning, I will arrive promptly within the agreed-upon time window, fully equipped with all necessary supplies and tools. Upon arrival, I will briefly check in with you (if you’re home) to confirm any special instructions or priorities. I will then begin working throughout your space. I treat your home with care, minimizing disruptions and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Before leaving, I will do a final walk-through with you (if you’re available) to ensure everything meets your expectations.
